We DO NOT accept cancellations. Requesting a cancellation will result in you no longer being able to make purchases through my shop.

Each bow is handmade and made to order &  ship within 28 business of order confirmation. 

clothing is not handmade and something we carry in-hand so it ships the next business day. 

Here at Shop Chandler Paige we always want you to be happy with your product. However, due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns of headwear such as bows, clips, piggies, etc. Unworn & unwashed clothing may be returned with 72 hours of delivery. 

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please email us so we can find a solution that works.
If the print or sizing is incorrect we will be more than happy to offer a shop credit for you to purchase the correct product.

If there is any issue with a product, you must reach out within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. No exchanges or credits will be given after this period.
